Emotional expression is given pride of place in a stylised form reminiscent of the aesthetics of Expressionism and Romanticism. With the opening track ‘Silent Words’ Contre son opens the door to a dizzying orchestral universe. Listening to it becomes a slow, contemplative, dreamlike descent. More concretely, the album is partly based on a classic duality between female polarities - whose vocals are one of the album's strong points - and male polarities - closer to declamation or a more narrative tone. Slow, machine-like rhythms structure the tracks, while haunting melodies distil a cold anguish beneath pulsating beats rich in echoes and reverberations... Infinity of Dreams is a sombre monument! But paradoxically, a kind of serenity is also present in the tracks on the album, a horizon of gentle splendour perhaps forgotten, the nostalgia of our childhood dreams, a tender heart to rely on and the friendly help of a friend's outstretched hand...
